If you would like to register in person, please download the registration forms from the links below. You can deliver the completed registration forms along with payment to our office during the hours quoted below. Alternately, you can mail the completed registration along with  payment to:

G.F.S.C., P.O. Box 774, Guelph, On. N1H 6L8.

Our office is located upstairs in the Exhibition Arena.  map

Office hours are: Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:00pm - 8:00 pm and Saturday mornings from 9:00 until noon.

No faxed registrations or registrations without payment will be accepted.

Cheques are payable to : Guelph Figure Skating Club (G.F.S.C.)

No skater will be allowed on the ice or participate in our programs until a registration form has been processed and paid.
Family Discount : A $25 discount applies to families with 3 or more children registered concurrently during a session.
Cancellation : The G.F.S.C. reserves the right to change or cancel any program for which there is insufficient paid registration.
Refunds : Refunds are only provided with a medical note and written notification to the Board of Directors. No refund will be given for missed skating sessions or for those sessions canceled due to test nights, inclement weather or building maintenance problems.
