About the Guelph Skating Club
The Guelph Skating Club (GSC) is a community-focused skating organization and proud member of Skate Canada and Skate Ontario. We are dedicated to providing high-quality coaching, diverse programming, and a supportive environment where skaters of all ages, abilities, and experience levels can thrive.
Guided by our commitment to programming excellence, inclusivity, and a lifelong love of skating, we offer a variety of programs ranging from Parent&Tot, CanSkate, and PowerSkate to figure skating development (STARSkate). Our approach is skater-first, recognizing that every individual has unique goals, abilities, and opportunities for growth.
At GSC, we believe that a positive skating experience extends beyond the ice. We strive to foster a welcoming community built on teamwork, respect, integrity, and collaboration. We value the contributions of our coaches, staff, volunteers, and families, recognizing that each plays an important role in the success and sustainability of our club. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are committed to strengthening our programs, supporting professional development, embracing innovative coaching approaches, and creating opportunities for skaters and our skating community to flourish.
